The methodology

ThreeForm is a remedy to the modern world. Created by Stephen Pasterino, it’s a community, an art form, a science, and a healing form of movement. There is no other method, or trainer for the method like it. It’s going back to basics – but never basic.

The ThreeForm method centers on the three planes of motion that facilitate movement in the body: frontal (side to side), sagittal (forward and backward), and transverse (rotational). These dimensions are the foundation of functional movement in every area of the body.

While simple in principle, successful implementation of the method requires deep knowledge of natural, optimal movement and a hyper-attention to detail. Stephen possesses an internal library in his mind of low impact, highly effective movements and a unique approach to progressing through each movement in a specific order to maximize benefits.

The most critical step in Stephen’s fine-tuned progression of movement is how he approaches the warm up. Stephen intentionally selects movements that create the most space, unlocking key parts of the body that can be difficult to access, especially after years of engaging the body in unnatural movement. Accessing these areas digs into sculpting, toning and importantly reforming the muscles, leaving each person one step closer to their most desired form.

  • P offers both virtual and in-person private training sessions. These can be 1:1 or held for private groups. This is the best way to correct your form and work towards your personal goals. Please note you must be a member of the Program to book a PT session
